- Borys Viktorovych Kolesnikov (Ukrainian: ????? ?????????? ??????????, born October 25, 1962) is secretary of the Party of Regions presidium, people deputy in Verkhovna Rada, Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Transport and Communications, former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
