Joseph Allen (September 2, 1749 – September 2, 1827) was a member of the eleventh United States Congress from Massachusetts's 10th congressional district (1810–1811).
He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated from Harvard University in 1774.
He worked in a business in Leicester, Massachusetts, in 1774, moving to Worcester, Massachusetts in 1776.
He was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 1810, serving in that capacity through 1811.
