About Xu Yongyue
- Xu Yongyue (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Xu Yongyuè; born July 1942 in Zhenping County, Nanyang, Henan) was the Minister of State Security of the People's Republic of China (1998 – August 31, 2007) and is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) (since 2002). He graduated from Beijing People's Public Security School.
- He joined the CPC in 1972. Xu Yongyue was the alternate member of the 15th CPC Central Committee and formal member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
