Cornelius Sim (born 16 September 1951) is the current Vicar Apostolic of the Brunei, and Titular Bishop of Putia in Numidia.
Born in Brunei as the Chinese descent and Dusunic descent, Sim became the country’s first ordained local priest in 1989 after finishing his Master’s degree in theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
In October 2004, he was appointed as the Vicar Apostolic of Brunei, and in 21 January 2005, was consecrated by Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio thus becoming a bishop.
