- Halvard Bjørkvik (born 9 October 1924) is a Norwegian historian.
- He was born in Finnøy.
- He was manager of the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History from 1975, and was appointed professor at the University of Oslo from 1984.
- His research focus was on agrarian history.
- Among his publications are Jord-eige og jord-leige i Ryfylke i eldre tid from 1958, and Kven åtte jorda i den gamle leilendingstida? from 1972.
