Spiro Gulabchev (1852–1918) was a Bulgarian anarchist known for inspiring the Siromahilstvo, a Bulgarian populist and nihilist movement that believed in protection for the poor.
An avid opponent of inequality with communitarian beliefs, Gulabchev organized educational associations and activities for the poor in multiple towns in the region in clubs and libraries.
He also encouraged a revolt of the poor.
In the 1880s, the Siromahilstvo split between anarchism and socialism, with Gulabchev for the former.
In 1892, he formed an anarchist study group in Ruse.
