(Ukrainian: ????????? ???????????; born 23 June 1956 in Kornachivka, Yarmolyntsi Raion, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a Ukrainian Roman Catholic prelate as the Diocesan Bishop of Kharkiv-Zaporizhia since 12 April 2014.
Previously he served as the Titular Bishop of Surista and Auxiliary bishop of Roman Catholic Diocese of Kyiv-Zhytomyr since 26 November 1994 until 12 April 2014 and as an Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lutsk from 24 July 2012 until 12 April 2014.
