Ioan Vladea (24 October 1907, Râ?nov, 24 November 1976, Timi?oara) was a Romanian engineer from IAR Bra?ov, who developed the compressor of plane engine IAR 80.
After World War II he served as professor at Polytechnic University of Timi?oara. He is considered the founder of Timi?oara school of thermal engineering.
