Jevrem Grujic (Serbian: ?????? ??????); (Darosava, November 8, 1827 – Belgrade, September 15, 1895) was a Serbian lawyer, politician and diplomat.
Grujic took an active part in the country’s political life, contributing to the creation of new legislations and cabinets.
As a prominent ideologist of Serbian liberalism, and as member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts, he frequently crossed swords with the absolutist regime of Prince Mihailo Obrenovic, putting his career on the line.
A champion of liberal ideas and a victim of absolutism, he was held in high esteem by his contemporaries.
