(January 30, 1944 – January 11, 1999) was a Slovak politician, former Minister in three different Slovak governments and Director of SPP (Slovak Gas Industry).
Ducký was one of the key privatisation oligarchs under Vladimír Meciar's government and he was the author of the infamous Duckého zmenky, the sum owed on the promissory notes was left blank.
He was shot dead in the hallway of an apartment house in Bratislava where he lived in 1999.
