- Jose Rafael Evangelista Diaz (born April 3, 1968) is a former mayor of San Mateo, Rizal in the Philippines.
- He took office on June 30, 2007. Prior to his becoming mayor, Diaz was Municipal Administrator for the San Mateo Rizal Municipal Government.
- Prior to that, he worked as a stock broker and financial analyst.
