Tomás Confesor (March 2, 1891 – June 6, 1951) was a Philippine politician who was the governor of Iloilo and, later, all of Panay Island during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines during World War II.
Right after the war, he served as Mayor of Manila and secretary of the Philippine Department of the Interior under Philippine President Sergio Osmena.
