- Over his career, Van de Walle competed for the Palmans, Landbouwkrediet–Colnago (twice), Vlaanderen–T Interim, Quick-Step and Lotto–Belisol squads.Van de Walle retired at the end of the 2013 season, after fifteen seasons as a professional.
