- Robert Indrikovich Eikhe (Latvian: Roberts Eihe, Russian: ?????? ?????????? ????; August 12, 1890 — February 2, 1940) was a Latvian Bolshevik, who was the provincial head of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in Siberia during the forced collectivization of agriculture, until his arrest during the Great Purge.
