About Miranda Fricker
- Miranda Fricker, FBA (born 12 March 1966) is an English philosopher who is currently Presidential Professor of Philosophy at the City University of New York Graduate Center.
- Fricker coined the term epistemic injustice, the concept of an injustice done against someone "specifically in their capacity as a knower", and explored the concept in her 2007 book Epistemic Injustice.
- She is also a Research Professor of Philosophy part-time at the University of Sheffield.
