Ioan Glogojanu (July 1, 1888 in Râmnicu-Sarat – October 22, 1941 in Odessa) was a Romanian general of the 10th Infantry Division of the Romanian army.
He was one of the commanders during the Siege of Odessa.
He became chief military administrator of Odessa on October 22 but was killed by an explosion at his headquarters, only a month after the fall of the city, by Soviet agents.
His death, and the death of 60 others in that explosion, served as the catalyst for the Odessa massacre.
