  • He is a retired professor of psychology at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), best known for writings that propagate a conspiracy theory which characterize Jewish behavior as a group evolutionary strategy.
  • His work has received support from antisemitic and white supremacist groups whose premises and programs he has openly endorsed.
  • According to Undark Magazine, MacDonald's work "has been dismissed for decades as anti-Semitic pseudoscience".MacDonald is the editor of the Occidental Observer, which he says covers "white identity, white interests, and the culture of the West".
