Fyodor Zakharovich Zakharov (Russian: ????? ????????? ???????; Ukrainian: ????? ????????? ???????; September 5, 1919 – September 29, 1994) was a Russian and Ukrainian painter.
He was awarded the title People's Artist of Ukraine in 1978, and in 1987 he was awarded the Shevchenko National Prize, the highest Ukrainian award for art and literature.
