Lesley Pattinama Kerkhove (born 4 November 1991) is a Dutch tennis player.
She has won six singles titles and 15 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

In July 2013, Kerkhove made her WTA Tour main-draw debut at the Swedish Open.
After coming through all three qualifying rounds, she lost to Nina Bratchikova in round one.
Partnering Richèl Hogenkamp, she also lost in the first round of doubles to Alexandra Dulgheru and Flavia Pennetta, who went on to become the tournament runners-up.In July 2019, she married football player Edinho Pattinama and changed her name to Lesley Pattinama Kerkhove.
