- Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad is a Bangladeshi economist and development thinker and activist.
- He is currently the chairman of Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), a constituent institution of the University of Dhaka, devoted to post-graduate studies in economics and related subjects.
