Leslie Earnest Lye (November 18, 1924 – July 21, 2009) was a Canadian actor, comedian, writer, radio personality and announcer and voice artist.
He was perhaps best known for his numerous various character roles as one of the two adults and an original cast member on the children's program, You Can't Do That on Television (Abby Hagyard joined the cast as the female adult in 1982), he enjoyed a television and radio career spanning nearly half a century.
