- Dmytro Bulatov (Ukrainian: ?????? ?????????? ???????; August 13, 1978 in Kiev) is a Ukrainian civic activist who was Minister of Youth and Sports in the 2014 Yatsenyuk Government. Bulatov was an activist and leader of the AutoMaidan, which was the mobile car-based arm of the anti-government Euromaidan movement.
- He is also in charge of the "Socially responsible society" NGO.
- Due to his activism, he was kidnapped and tortured outside the villas of Ukrainian government and business figures.
