About Edward Fegen
- Captain Edward Stephen Fogarty Fegen, (8 October 1891 – 5 November 1940) was a Royal Navy officer and a recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. Edward Stephen Fogarty Fegen was born into a naval family, one of four children his father being Vice-Admiral F.
