Nguy?n Phúc H?ng Y (????, 11 September 1833 – 23 February 1877) courtesy name Quân Bác (??), was a prince of Nguy?n dynasty, Vietnam.
He was father of D?c Ð?c.
H?ng Y was the fourth son of Thi?u Tr?, and his mother was Nguy?n Th? Xuyên.
He was granted the title Ki?n Th?y Công (???, "Duke of Ki?n Th?y") in 1846.
He was wide range of learning and had talents in literature.
He often exchanged poems with Emperor T? Ð?c, Prince Miên Th?m and Prince Miên Trinh.
T? Ð?c had no child, and adopted his second son Ung Ái, whom later became the Emperor D?c Ð?c.H?ng Y died in 1877.
He was granted the title Ki?n Th?y Qu?n Vuong (????, "Provincial Prince Ki?n Th?y") and received the posthumous name Tu? Ð?t (??).
In 1889, his grandson Thành Thái ascended the throne, and granted him the title Th?y Thái Vuong (???, "King Father Th?y"), and changed his posthumous name to Ðôn Chính (??).
