- He was originally from the Berinovac, Lokvicici municipality in the Imotska Krajina.
- He was primarily known for playing the role of “Joze” in the TV series "Naši i vaši” (Ours and Yours) and the character “Mate” in the movie "Da mi je biti morski pas" (If I could be a shark).
