- Douglas Armstead Shively (born March 18, 1937) is a former American football player and coach.
- He was the head coach for the Arizona Wranglers of the United States Football League (USFL) in 1983, compiling an overall record of four wins and 14 losses.
- Shively also served as an assistant coach in the National Football League (NFL) for 19 seasons, most notably as the defensive coordinator of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1985 and as the assistant head coach for defense of the Atlanta Falcons from 1990 to 1993.
