Jan Stanek (born 21 July 1948) is a British cosmetic surgeon, lecturer and broadcaster.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, a member of the British Medical Association, the Royal Society of Medicine and The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
He has a private practice in central London.As consultant surgeon he was featured in all six series of Channel 4's 10 Years Younger.
He also appeared in the Channel 5 series Plastic Fantastic.
He is the author of several books including Laser Aesthetic Surgery (Galen, Prague, 2000) and 10 Years Younger: Cosmetic Surgery Bible (Transworld, London, 2007).
