- Nguon Nhel (Khmer: ??? ????; born 22 December 1942) is a Cambodian politician.
- He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and has been a Member of Parliament (MP) for Kampong Thom since 1993.
- He has been the Second Vice President of the National Assembly since 2014; he previously held that post from 1997 to 2006, and he was First Vice President of the National Assembly from 2006 to 2014.
- From 1989 to 1993, he was Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
