- Phillip Hone Coffin (born 24 July 1964) is a former New Zealand rugby union player.
- A prop, Coffin represented King Country and Wellington at a provincial level and played two seasons for the Hurricanes in Super Rugby.
- He was a member of the New Zealand national side, the All Blacks, on the 1996 tour of South Africa, playing three matches but no internationals.
