- Juan Cruz Real (born October 8, 1976) is a former Argentine footballer currently hired as a Club Head Technical Coach / Technical Director for Mississauga Soccer Club in Canada.
- He also works for Argentinean Football Coaches Association responsible for the management of the ATFA International Development Program.
- He had numerous stints in South American leagues, and finished off his career in the Canadian Professional Soccer League. He is currently the manager of Alianza Petrolera.
