- Sierra Joy Romero (born March 19, 1994) is a Mexican-American, former collegiate four-time All-American, pro All-Star right-handed hitting softball player originally from Murrieta, California.
- She is currently a volunteer assistant coach for the Oregon Ducks softball team.
- She was a shortstop and second baseman for the Michigan Wolverines softball team from 2013–2016, where she set numerous records.
- She holds the Big Ten career Triple Crown, along with the slugging percentage record, simultaneously leading all of the NCAA in runs scored and grand slams.
