- Troy Stephen Bell (born 5 September 1973) is an Australian politician representing the South Australian House of Assembly seat of Mount Gambier.
- Representing the South Australian Division of the Liberal Party of Australia at the 2014 state election, he became an independent in 2017, after being accused of misappropriating more than $2 million of public money.
