Osborne's first indi single "love connection" was released in western Canada in 1992, soon after he signed a development deal with A&M Records Canada.
As a songwriter Noel Osborne co-wrote the song bridge of Love on the 1996 Juno nominated album for best R&B/soul recording of the year blindfolded and ready by the Canadian pop group EarthTONES.
As an actor, he has appeared in music videos.
He also starred in TV commercials for Oldsmobile Alero (USA), Miller Genuine Draft (Ireland), Benson and Hedges (UK), and Albertsons Supermarkets (USA).
His film credits are Ninja Cheerleaders and Down the barrel.
Osborne now calls Miami home and there collaborates with songwriter and producer Noel Williams A.K.A.
