- Vincent Cyril Richard Arthur Charles (V.C.R.A.C) Crabbe (29 October 1923 - 7 September 2018) was a Ghanaian jurist and public servant known for his expertise in legislative drafting.
- He served as a judge of the Supreme Court of Ghana on two occasions, from 1970 to 1972 and 1980 to 1981.
- Before serving as a judge, he did work as head of drafting at Ghana's Ministry of Justice and produced critical legislations to be passed by the early National Assembly.
- He established and headed an electoral commission, the first ever, to conduct the 1969 Ghanaian Election.
