- Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman (Urdu: ???? ???? ???????; born 21 December 1970) is a Pakistani politician who served as Federal Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, in Abbasi cabinet from August 2017 to May 2018.
- Previously he served as the Minister of State Federal Education and of Interior and Narcotics Control in third Sharif ministry from 2013 to 2017.
- He had been a member of the National Assembly from 2008 to May 2018.
