- Željko Topic (born 5 August 1959) is a Croatian civil servant, and currently one of the Vice-Presidents of the European Patent Office (EPO).
- Before taking up his position at the EPO, he was the Director General of the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia.
