Anna Plichta (born 10 February 1992) is a Polish racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Trek–Segafredo.
She rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships and 2015 UCI Road World Championships.
Plichta also represented Poland at the 2015 European Games in the women's road race and women's time trial.
In September 2016 she was announced as part of the WM3 Pro Cycling squad for 2017.
Plichta was meant to join Belgian team Lensworld–Kuota in 2018, but the team was disbanded in late October 2017 when their title sponsor Lensworld's new parent company, LensOnline decided to not continue sponsorship of the cycling team.
After it was announced that Nikki Brammeier would leave Boels–Dolmans at the end of 2017 to concentrate on cyclo-cross, Plichta was offered the position on Boels–Dolmans in early November 2017.
