Kyle Allen (born March 8, 1996) is an American football quarterback for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football for the Texas A&M Aggies and Houston Cougars.
During his rookie season in 2018, Allen was the Panthers third string quarterback behind starter Cam Newton and backup Taylor Heinicke before starting the final game of the season following injuries to both.
Allen became the Panthers starter for the 2019 season following a season-ending injury to Newton after only two games.
