- Loretta Handrabura (born February 23, 1970 in Baraboi, Dondu?eni, Moldavian SSR, USSR, today in the Republic of Moldova) is a Moldovan philolog, is a PhD in philology, a university lecturer, ethnolog and politician, who served as Minister of Youth and Sports of Moldova between July 30, 2015 and January 20, 2016, and prior to this, as Deputy Prime Minister of Education of Moldova from November 20, 2009 until July 2015.
