- Auguste-Louis-Désiré Boulé (1 September 1799, in Paris – 3 July 1865, in Paris) was a 19th-century French playwright. A secretary at the Théâtre des Variétés, his plays were presented on the most significant Parisian stages of his time including the Théâtre de l'Ambigu, the Théâtre de la Porte-Saint-Martin, the Théâtre du Panthéon and the Théâtre de la Gaîté.
