Naci Erdem (born 28 January 1931 in Istanbul) is the fifth most capped Turkish football player in Fenerbahçe football history, with 605 caps.
He started his career with Karagümrükspor, and transferred from Havagücü on 1955. Erdem played for Fenerbahçe between 1953–63.
He capped 605 times in Fenerbahçe history and scored 168 goals.
