- Mark Raymond Kennedy (born April 11, 1957) is an American businessman, politician, and administrator currently serving as the president of the University of Colorado (CU) system.
- Previously he served as 12th president of the University of North Dakota, and before that he led the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.
- A Republican, he served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from Minnesota from 2001 to 2007.
