About Venansius Baryamureeba
- Venansius Baryamureeba (born 18 May 1969) is a Ugandan mathematician, computer scientist, academic, and academic administrator.
- He was the Acting vice chancellor of the Uganda Technology and Management University, a private university in Uganda, from September 2013 until 28 September 2015.
- He left the position to join the presidential race in Uganda to take place in 2016.
- Before that, he served as the vice chancellor of Makerere University from November 2009 until August 2012.
