Kirsti Lay-Giroux (born 7 April 1988) is a Canadian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Rally UHC Cycling.
She rode at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, winning a bronze medal in the Team Pursuit.
In 2016, she was named in Canada's 2016 Olympic team.
She won the bronze medal in the team pursuit event.
Prior to taking up cycling Lay was a speed skater, competing at the World Junior Speed Skating Championships in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and at the 2009 Winter Universiade.
