  • He is best known as the starting quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens during their Super Bowl-winning season in 2000 and his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Dilfer was drafted in the first round of the 1994 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and played for the team for six years.
  • In 2000, Dilfer signed with the Ravens as a backup and became the team's starter midway through the year.
