- Valerie Jerome (born 28 April 1944) is a Canadian sprinter.
- She competed in the women's 100 metres at the 1960 Summer Olympics.
- She finished third in the 1959 Pan American Games 4 × 100 metres relay (with Sally McCallum, Maureen Rever, and Heather Campbell).
- Jerome also finished seventh in the 1959 Pan American Games long jump.
- She is the sister of Harry Jerome and the granddaughter of John Howard.
