- Joe Mullins (born 18 October 1937) is a Canadian athlete.
- He competed at the 800 metres and the 1500 metres at the 1960 Summer Olympics.
- Mullins finished fourth in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4 x 440 yards relay (with Terry Tobacco, Doug Clement, and George Shepherd) and was eliminated in the heats of the 880 yards.
