Tiago Mattos (October 10, 1979, Porto Alegre,) is a Brazilian futurist, entrepreneur, educator, author and speaker.
Mattos is considered an important name among the new generation of Futurism thinkers.
In 2017, he became part of Singularity University's faculty team.
He is also a guest speaker at the Transdisciplinary Innovation Program (Hebrew University of Jerusalem).
In this project, participants can interact and learn from technology experts, including fourteen Nobel Prize winners.
Mattos has helped co-found projects including innovation schools, learning consultancies, technology labs, big data centers, peer-to-peer learning platforms, and positive impact accelerators.
He is the co-founder of Perestroika, a school of creative activities which is highly respected by its own way to shape disruptive learning experiences.
Mattos currently leads Aerolito, a company that explores future scenarios through an original methodology and has already created small experimental projects on virtual reality, internet of things, robotics and artificial intelligence.
His main role is to envision post-emergent future possibilities, specially about the future of work and the future of education/learning – which are shared on his books and classes.
