- Ryosei Konishi (?? ??, Konishi Ryosei, born Hiroki Konishi (?? ??, Konishi Hiroki), February 20, 1982) is a Japanese actor and voice actor.
- Until January 19, 2007, he was known by his birth name.
- He belonged to Stardust Promotion until the end of May 2015.
- He is best known for portraying Kouga Saejima/GARO, the title character from the Japanese tokusatsu television series GARO from 2005 to 2006, its 2010 film adaptation, Garo: Red Requiem, and the 2011 television series Garo: Makai Senki (which serves as a sequel to the original series).
