Lisa Cameron (born 8 April 1972) is a Scottish National Party politician and consultant clinical psychologist.
Cameron was born in Glasgow, and grew up in East Kilbride.
She obtained a BSc in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde, an MSc in Psychology and Health from the University of Stirling and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
Before entering politics, Cameron worked as a clinical psychologist.
She was first elected as the Member of Parliament for East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow at the 2015 general election.
Cameron retained her seat at the snap 2017 general election with a significantly reduced majority of 3,866 votes.
